The cosy flat with a great design has been completely refurbished and awaits you with high-quality furnishings.
Due to the size of approx. 120 square metres and spread over 2 floors, the flat is perfect for larger groups and families.

The flat consists of 4 rooms, including 1 big living room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In 2 bedrooms there are 180x200 cosy box-spring beds for up to 2 people, in the 3rd bedroom there is a 140x200 box-spring bed.

The living room has a dining area with a large dining table for up to 8 people and a couch, seating area with Smart TV incl. free Netflix account and a Playstation 4 with various games.
The couch can be folded out as a sofa bed and, with its modern folding function including slatted frame and mattress, offers space for 2 people on an area of 140x200.

The kitchen has everything you need for cooking: Cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer compartment, dishwasher and coffee machine as well as pots, pans and cutlery, of course.

There is a shower and bathtub in both bathrooms. There is also a washing machine in the flat and a tumble dryer in the basement.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock ohne Aufzug und ist über 2 Stockwerke verteilt. Daher ist die Wohnung für ältere oder eingeschränkte Personen evtl. nicht geeignet.

Es steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor dem Gebäude zur Verfügung. Falls ihr mit mehreren Autos anreist, könnt ihr auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz gegenüber für 4€/Tag parken.
