You enter the apartment on the first floor and are greeted by a large living and dining area with an open kitchen and kitchen island. A guest restroom and an utility room complete the floor.

On the second floor, there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, a pull-out sleeper chair, and access to both the quiet south-facing balcony and the large northeast-facing balcony. The other bedroom also has a double bed and access to the large balcony. The floor is rounded out by the bathroom with a rain shower.

The complex features a quiet courtyard where children can play freely or adults can enjoy the sunset on the third outdoor area.

During the summer months, a beach chair is available for your use on the beach. The beach chair is located right next to the pier (May 15–September 15).
