The detached villa is modernly furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facility, terrace, and garden furniture.

Muntrilj. The villa is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) in a carport and on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating, underfloor heating. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, ironing board, and washing machine. TV reception via satellite.
Hygiene measures: Final cleaning with disinfection.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early November, can be heated, 4 m x 8 m, 1.8 m deep).
