The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a smart TV with streaming services. This property boasts a private outdoor area featuring a garden, open terrace, and barbecue.
The apartment is set 50 m from a supermarket and a bakery, 650 m from Lake Zwischenahner, 1.5 km from a train station, and within 5 walking minutes of a bike rental and restaurants. The local highlights include the Park of Gardens (a large park with a variety of themed gardens), a wave pool, and a public outdoor pool (open from May to September). The distance to Oldenburg is 20 km.
A parking space is available behind the property. Guests should be aware that the large parking lot in front of the house is not public.
Families with children are welcome.
A maximum of 3 pets are allowed (for a fee).
Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
