In summer, the cross-country ski trails turn into hiking and cycling trails, ideal for mountain biking and hiking. The nearby lake Sjusjøvannet is ideal for fishing, canoeing and swimming. Day trips to Lillehammer with its cultural sights are also a welcome change.
