The stately Gulfhof "Hof Homfeld - van der Wall" was built in the early 18th century. In 1999, the house—which is no longer used for farming—was lovingly restored. In 2000, it received an award from the Lower Saxony Savings Bank Foundation for the Preservation of Historic Buildings. There are two apartments on the first floor and two duplex apartments on the first and second floors. Apartment 2 is located on the first floor.

A large garden spanning over 1,000 square meters with four seating areas—which you’ll share with guests from three other vacation apartments—invites you to linger. You can enjoy the atmosphere in this magnificent historic house any time of year. The property is located at the southern end of the fishing village of Ditzum, about a 3-minute walk from the harbor.
