The modern holiday home with natural stone is situated in a relaxing location at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers a breathtaking lake panorama to the south as far as Bellagio. On the mountain side, a large gate at the rear of the house leads to the large paved forecourt with garage and ample parking space for additional vehicles.

The property is completely fenced in.
Towards the garden there is a large trampoline with safety net, ideal for young and old.

The entrance to the house is to the right of the garage.

The house is situated on a slope and offers several outdoor areas. A path leads around the side of the house to the large panoramic terrace and to the outside staircase to the gently sloping garden. The terrace is furnished with a large stone dining table and sunshade and offers a marvellous view of the lake and the mountains. A staircase leads down to the sloping garden, another terrace area with a shady olive tree that invites you to relax on the sun loungers and also offers a panoramic view of the lake and the mountains.

Your holiday home awaits you with an inviting front door that leads you into a small entrance area. From there, you enter directly into the spacious and bright living room, which boasts a large window front offering a breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains as far as Bellagio.

In the living room you will find a cosy Tyrolean wood-burning stove, a dining table, a comfortable sofa and a TV for relaxing evenings. In front of the large window front, a cosy wooden window seat offers a wonderful place to enjoy the lake view from inside with a glass of wine.

From the living room, a door leads into the modern open-plan kitchen in Lombard style. There is another dining area here. The patio door provides access to the large terrace with lake views.

To the left of the kitchen, a corridor leads uphill to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The double bedroom is on the lake side with a view of the lake. On the mountain side are the two twin bedrooms, each with two single beds, one with an additional baby cot and the two bathrooms. One bathroom has a washbasin, shower, WC and bidet and the other bathroom has a washbasin, bathtub, WC and bidet.

The house is cosy, modern and light-flooded with Lombardy tiled floors.

The lovingly furnished house is perfect for families with children and harmoniously combines cosiness with modern comfort. The spacious garden and sun terrace offer a unique lake panorama that will make your holiday an unforgettable experience. Relax on the terrace while the children play in the garden and enjoy the marvellous view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Here you can experience wonderful moments of peace and relaxation.
Thanks to its sunny location and insulation, the holiday home is recommended all year round.

In the garden area on the lake side there are steps and wall projections, which require increased supervision for small children.

Dervio with its beautiful headland, wonderful beaches, the sailing harbour at the tip and the promenade is approx. 6 km away.
The main beach of Dervio is a wide pebble beach with clear water and views of the surrounding mountains. It also offers facilities such as changing cabins, showers and bars.
Another popular beach is the Lido di Dervio with sun loungers and parasols for hire and a restaurant offering refreshments and snacks.

A large gate leads to the fenced plot with a paved forecourt offering ample parking space for vehicles and a spacious garage with an electric door.
