Villa 'La Casita' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The villa La Casita with step-free interior is located in Ronda and overlooks the mountain. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning in the living room; the rest of the rooms have ceiling fans, as well as a washing machine. Additionally, the property does not have heating but rather a fireplace, and firewood is an extra cost depending on the amount desired. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental boasts a private outdoor space featuring a fenced pool (open from June 1 to September 30), garden, open terrace, covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower.

The pool will be open for use from June 15th to September 30th.

It is recommended to visit some of the best wineries in the surrounding area, Ronda, Sierra de las Nieves biosphere reserve park, Setenil de las Bodegas, Grazalema, and the Genal Valley.

A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street.

Families with children are welcome.

1 pet is allowed.

Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

A baby cot can be provided but without the bedlinen.

Guests are expected to dispose of garbage before their departure. In case of non-compliance, a fee will apply.

Late check-in (after 8 pm) is possible upon prior request.
