This fantastically bright and open-plan 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the 1st floor with south-east balcony in Strandglück Haus C in a location close to the beach.
The apartment is easily accessible by elevator and impresses with its inviting, modern interior. The living room offers a comfortable sofa bed (dimensions 1.50 x 2.00m), which can accommodate 2 children or one adult. There is also a TV here.
A dining area for 4 people adjoins the living area and the integrated kitchenette is within easy reach. This is equipped with an induction stove with 4 hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer. Household helpers such as kettle, coffee machine, toaster and egg cooker can also be found in the equipment.
On the south-east balcony with awning you can almost hear the sound of the sea, because the beach is easily accessible in 100m.
The separate bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a second TV. A modern shower room with toilet and washing machine completes the comfortable equipment. A car underground parking space is available to guests (the maximum clearance height of the underground parking lot is 1.98 m). Bicycle parking is available behind the house.
