Enjoy this beautifully renovated Charente Tourisme 2* house in the heart of the village of La Menounière, just 5 minutes' walk from the beach.
You'll appreciate its immediate proximity to a Tabac Presse and a bread store.
The house includes an open-plan kitchen, integrated into a 40m² living room, equipped with everything you need for your comfort (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, small appliances).
It also includes three bedrooms, each measuring 14m² (one of which has a breezeway), with two 140cm double beds and a comfortable sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
The bathroom has a shower and washing machine.
The 700m² garden is enclosed and secure, perfect for children.
A non-refundable deposit will be requested on arrival to cover any damage.
The property is just 3 km from St Pierre and La Cotiniere, and 15 km from the Chassiron lighthouse.
