Welcome to our Spacious Condo only steps from the Worlds Largest Dinosaur!!

Prime Location!!! Only 1 block from the following:
- the World`s Largest Dinosaur
- the FREE Outdoor Splash Park
- the Aquaplex (Indoor Swimpool with a water slide!!)
- local coffee shops, stores, brewery, etc..

***Professionally Cleaned After Each Stay***

This is suite in a condo building. The suite has a separate outdoor entrance. Also includes a dedicated parking stall and free street parking.

Inside you will have access to free Wifi, Netflix, Washer/Dryer, Dishes, Utensils, Towels, and pretty much all other household goods to make for a comfortable stay! 😊

Guests have access to the whole condo.

Guest are free to contact me via email (or phone, after reservation is made). I will do everything in my power to ensure a positive and happy experience.

This suite was intended to be an office space, but was converted into a 1 bedroom condo. The suite has a frosted glass door (no one can see inside). It is located on a quiet residential street, only a minute walk to the Big Dinosaur and Outdoor Splash Park!!
Please remove footwear inside. And please return all pieces of the board games and cards to the appropriate box so future guests also have an opportunity to enjoy them as well.

Our stay was wonderful and I can’t say enough about the experience. Kulwant was a very thoughtful and helpful host! It was a great location and quite comfortable overall. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The apartment is in an excellent neighbourhood allowing for a quick walk for anything you require The apartment is very clean, the kitchen is well equipped and the living area is comfortable The bed is comfortable and the shower is great

Clean, comfortable and spacious, Kulwant’s place was perfect for our quick visit to Drumheller. The location was very convenient in a nice, quiet residential neighbourhood and less than a 10 min drive to the Royal Tyrell museum. Kulwant was very responsive and friendly and check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

My son and I had a wonderful stay at this property! So close to many of the attractions. We could walk over to the world’s largest dinosaur and splash park. The Property itself was a lovely, open space with everything you need and getting in contact with the host was very easy. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommended this place to any travelers coming to Drumheller :)

Great place to stay when visiting Drumheller! Apartment had everything we needed and more. Host was super attentive. He had a really nice welcome message wearing for us and cookies and even a gift card. Really nice touch! Will definitely be looking forward to stay here again

This apartment is fantastic! Close to amenities, spacious, clean and very well equipped. The communication with our was fast and easy. I’d stay here again if I came back to Drumheller!

A great spot to use as a base camp for exploring Drumheller! Everything was spotless and in excellent condition. We had one concern that the host addressed immediately. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting Drumheller !! We were able to walk to many places nearby while also feeling like we were staying in a quiet residential area. All the amenities we needed and very spacious. Would absolutely stay here again !

Our stay was great! Amazing location within walking distance of the big dinosaur, splash pad, and downtown with various breweries and restaurants. Loved having access to laundry facilities and a separate living room from the bedroom.

4 of us stayed one night here for the Badlands concert. This property is on a nice, quiet residential street in an excellent location near shops, restaurants, pubs, coffee shop. Perfect location. The unit itself was very clean and updated, linens, towels, bedding, bathroom were all very clean and in good condition. The only downside, which we knew going in, was the hide a bed was a bit tough to sleep on for 2 adults. As with alot of hide a beds, the mattress was kind of thin and it was not super comfortable for 2 older adults (bad backs haha). Two children or younger people might be ok on it. That really was the only down side of the property and experience with the host. We had great communication with the host. I would recommend this property for sure. Great spot and great host!

This was an awesome stay. Very clean comfortable place. It was very quiet and Kulwant was a great host. Good communication.This is a great location to jusr roam around downtown.I would book here again.
