Visit Dyranut and Kjeldebu or hike up Hardangerjøkulen, one of the most beautiful viewpoints between Eidfjord and Ulvik. The nearby Vøringsfossen waterfall offers a spectacular natural spectacle. The Hardangervidda Museum in Eidfjord offers exciting insights into the wildlife of northern Europe's largest mountain plateau.



In winter, the region turns into a paradise for winter sports enthusiasts with the Syssendalen ski centre and groomed cross-country ski trails right on the doorstep.
