This semi-detached house is located above the spa park at the corner of Lindenstraße and Christian-Westphalstraße; it is about 700 meters to the beach. Unwind and relax in this prime location in Grömitz, featuring two bathrooms in each unit and a log-cabin sauna built to the latest standards, including underfloor heating throughout the house. The first floor is at street level (including a bathroom with a shower chair featuring armrests and a backrest) and is therefore wheelchair-accessible. There is also a small bedroom on this floor with a 1.4-meter-wide bed. On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and a TV, and the others each with two single beds that can be pushed together, as well as the bathroom with a sauna (coin-operated; 3 hours = 1 €). You’re welcome to use the washer and dryer free of charge. Your parking space and a covered bike rack are located right next to the house. On the southwest-facing terrace, furnished with high-quality patio furniture, you can sunbathe to your heart’s content while the kids romp on our large trampoline in the garden. The house is completely fenced in, providing a safe and cozy atmosphere.
