We purchased this home because Bayside offers something for everyone in our family. With children of different ages, we've found that each of them has their own favorite part of the community. From pools and pickleball to kayaking and paddleboarding, golf, fishing, beach and concerts, there's something for everyone. No matter how old they are, they always look forward to coming back.
We love spending time together and creating memories with family and friends. Bayside has become a special place for us to relax, reconnect, and escape the busy pace of everyday life.

We fell in love with this neighborhood because it places us right in between the Sun Ridge Tennis & Recreation Center and The Point, making it easy to enjoy some of the community's most popular amenities.
Just a short walk or bike ride away, the Sun Ridge Tennis & Recreation Center offers outdoor pools 🏊, pickleball courts 🏓, tennis courts, and plenty of activities for guests of all ages. It's one of our family's favorite places to spend the day.
In the other direction, you'll find The Point, a beautiful waterfront gathering place where you can kayak 🚣, paddleboard, enjoy stunning bay views, and relax at 38 Degrees, Bayside's waterfront restaurant and bar. It's the perfect spot to watch the sunset, enjoy a meal with family and friends, or simply take in the scenery.
