The full kitchen has a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, toaster, Ninja blender, electric kettle and coffee maker, along with cookware, dishes and glassware. A faucet-mounted water filter is available for drinking and cooking.

• Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, nightstands, bedside lamps and a vintage accent chair.

Guests have the entire house, covered patio and private yard, along with two assigned parking spaces next to the house behind the main gate. The property contains five separate bungalows. Only the main gate and driveway are shared; Lennon House has its own entrance and outdoor space.

Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. No parties or events.
TRASH
Guests are responsible for putting the bins out on Monday evening for early Tuesday collection and returning them on Tuesday.
PETS
One small dog may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with prior approval, $300 pet fee. Service animals and other assistance animals are handled separately under policy and applicable law.
UTILITIES
Water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi and trash service are included. We ask guests to use utilities responsibly.
