This approximately 50-square-meter vacation rental, which sleeps up to 2 people, is located on the first floor of a historic Frisian house in a prime, central location near the center of Westerland and was extensively renovated in 2021. The spacious living area features a dining area and a sleeper sofa that provides an additional sleeping option. A box-spring bed (180x200 cm) is available in the bedroom. The kitchen, which adjoins the living area, is fully equipped, including a washer-dryer. The bathroom has a shower. The location right in the center means there is some background noise. Restaurants, all shopping options, Friedrichstraße, and the beach are all in the immediate vicinity. A parking space and Wi-Fi are available. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Note: Linen sets (bed sheets and towels) are not included in the price and can be booked as an optional extra for a fee.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war super, ordentlich, gemütlich und sehr schön renoviert. Die Lage war super zentral, aber auch sehr unruhig. Eine viel befahrene Kreuzung und ein angrenzendes Lokal , direkt an der Wohnungsmauer. DIe Wohnung, wer es sehr zentral haben möchte und viel unterwegs ist, können wir nur empfehlen. Man braucht nur 2 Minuten zur Friedrichstraße und hat alle Bars und Restaurants , Strand und Geschäfte in ein paar Minuten fußläufig erreicht.
