A studio apartment, completely renovated and tastefully refurnished in 2023, featuring a terrace and garden in a popular residential complex with beautiful subtropical vegetation. This is a gated community in a quiet, south-facing location that is popular with both our vacation guests and homebuyers. A public beach with a snack bar is located about 400 m away. Highlights include the large, well-maintained, and free swimming pool with a snack bar and changing rooms (approx. 25 m x approx. 12 m; open from around mid-June to around early September, weather permitting), sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as the tennis courts (each for a fee). The subtropical vegetation, the magnificent, unobstructed lake view, the large sun terraces and gardens, and the large, sunny balconies are all beautiful. Most apartments include their own covered parking space within the gated complex. Free guest parking is available outside the residence.
