The vacation rental is located in a very quiet residential area in Steinfurt-Borghorst. At the same time, its proximity to the B54 (about 4 minutes away) provides excellent transportation links for trips to Münster, the Ruhr region, or the Netherlands.
The 50-square-meter vacation rental was completely renovated in early 2018. It consists of two bedrooms, each with a 1.40 x 2.00 m double bed, a spacious kitchen-living room, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a large storage room. The apartment is fully equipped with laminate flooring and tile. The kitchen-living area features a seating area, a flat-screen TV (satellite), a dining table with four chairs, and a kitchenette with two stovetop burners, a coffee maker (Senseo), toaster, microwave, sink, electric kettle, and, of course, all necessary dishes.
There are two beautifully landscaped public playgrounds in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The nearest shopping area is 300 m away (Penny with an attached bakery). The large E-Center, with a nearby Aldi, drugstore, hair salon, etc., as well as the Borghorst city center, are about 800 m away (walking distance). The Steinfurt-Borghorst train station is about 1.2 km away, a 15-minute walk. From here, trains run hourly or every half hour (depending on the time of day) to Münster (30-minute ride) and to Enschede (approx. 50-minute ride) in the Netherlands.
Thanks to our proximity to various bike routes (including the 100 Castles Route and the Aa-Vechte Tour), our vacation rental is the ideal starting point for short or long bike tours. A visit to Bagno Park, with its famous concert gallery, adjacent golf course, and moated castle, is also well worth your time. The popular Borghorst combined pool (indoor and outdoor pools) is also just a 10-minute bike ride away.
