The holiday flat is located in a single-family house built in 1993. The property is situated in a residential area. The residence is popular also due to its quiet location. Available for exclusive use: parasol, sunlounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, porch swing, campfire area and courtyard. The landlady has a friendly dog.

Location
Siofok. The holiday apartement is located on a 350 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.

Special
Air conditioning. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and ironing board. TV reception via cable. TV channels only in the local language. The accommodation is equipped with hypoallergenic pillows.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-June to the end of August, diameter 3.66 m, 0.76 m deep).

not allowed.

Shopping 600 m, restaurant 600 m, town centre 2 km. Train station, pharmacy each 1.8 km in Siófok. In summer: Lake Balaton 1300 m in Siófok (beach 1300 m in Siófok with lawn).
