Location
The vacation rental is the perfect starting point for those seeking relaxation and nature lovers. The quiet, rural setting of this North Frisian property is ideal for relaxing walks and bike rides through the vast fields and meadows. The port city of Husum is also just a few minutes away by bike and entices visitors with its historic harbor and charming old town streets.

Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to the Wadden Sea, an UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site known for its unique flora and fauna. Here, you can enjoy guided mudflat hikes and birdwatching. The dike is within walking distance, and the swimming spots in Dockkoog and Schobüll are also easily accessible.
Hockensbüll is also an ideal starting point for excursions to North Sea islands such as Sylt or Amrum, with their beautiful beaches and picturesque villages.

Amenities
This charming vacation rental, approximately 100 square meters in size, welcomes you with an inviting, bright, and friendly entryway. On the first floor, you’ll find a large living room with a spacious dining table, a modern TV, and an open kitchen featuring an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, and a bar counter. This layout creates an open and convivial space, ideal for shared meals and relaxed evenings.

From the living room, you have access to a beautiful terrace that invites you to enjoy sunny afternoons outdoors or cozy evenings.

Also on the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and a spacious bathroom with a comfortable walk-in shower.

A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two additional bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (180 x 200) and an additional TV, offering a cozy retreat. The second bedroom is ideal for children and features a bunk bed as well as a selection of toys that invite them to play and relax. There is also a comfortable couch in the connecting room.

Special Features
In our non-smoking vacation rental, you can park your car right next to the house in the driveway. We provide free Wi-Fi to our guests.
A washing machine and a freezer are available in the utility room. For all guests arriving by electric car: a wallbox is available at the house. Please let us know if you’d like to use it so we can activate it for you (€6 per day / €42 per week).

An initial supply of bed linens and towels is required for this accommodation and is already included in the final price.
Additional linen packages can be booked as optional extras.
