In addition to a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea, “Quartier 18”—located on the first floor (accessible by elevator) of the Meeresblick vacation complex—also offers a wide range of amenities, plenty of space, and a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea.


The vacation apartment is ideally located in every way. The beach promenade runs right in front of the building, and the white sandy beach of Hohwacht is just a few meters away. Here, you can't only set out on long walks but also enjoy a leisurely stroll along the sea on the paved promenade.
Dog owners will find the dog beach just a 5-minute walk away, so even four-legged guests can get plenty of exercise.

But it’s not just the immediate access to the beach and the Baltic Sea that makes the location of the “Quartier 18” apartment so unique. Shopping options and numerous dining options are also within walking distance. So, literally nothing stands in the way of a vacation that’s a success from the very first moment.

Spacious and featuring a beautiful ocean view through the large windows—these are the key features of “Quartier 18,” whose amenities truly leave nothing to be desired. The apartment has a total area of 50 square meters and can accommodate up to four guests.
The living room is spacious and open-concept. The windows face the ocean and let plenty of light flood into the room.
You can relax and enjoy your vacation on the sofa. A large TV is available to keep you entertained in case the weather doesn’t cooperate.
The dining table with comfortable chairs bridges the living area and the open, modern kitchen. There’s plenty of room here for all guests to gather.
Thanks to its L-shaped design, the kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking. Amenities here include, among other things, a dishwasher, an oven, an induction cooktop, a refrigerator, and an espresso machine.

Two bedrooms ensure restful nights during your vacation. In the first bedroom, which features a double bed (160x200), the spacious closet provides additional comfort.
The second bedroom has two single beds (70x200 cm), a TV, and automatic ventilation.

A bathroom completes the layout of “Quartier 18”—a full bathroom with a sink, toilet, rain shower, and washing machine.


Outdoor area:

The balcony is accessible directly from the living area through a double-door. From here, you can enjoy the unique, breathtaking view of the white sandy beach and the Baltic Sea.
Here, your vacation days can begin wonderfully and end just as beautifully.

There is a parking space for your car as well as storage space for two of your own or rented bicycles.

This beautiful vacation complex, built in 2021 and featuring 40 units, is just a few steps from the beach. The units can accommodate 1 to 6 people; all buildings feature an elevator, a bicycle storage room, and a parking space. The promenade runs right past the building and is just as inviting for walks as the white sandy beach of Hohwacht. A surf school and a mini-golf course are located in the immediate vicinity. However, the vacation rental’s ideal location isn’t limited to its proximity to the Baltic Sea. Shopping options and numerous restaurants are also within walking distance, ensuring that nothing stands in the way of a thoroughly enjoyable vacation here.
