Welcome to the Hafenperle, a lovingly restored fisherman’s cottage dating back to 1790.
Enjoy the unforgettable atmosphere right on the Schierstein Harbor in Wiesbaden. With the charm of the two old, connected fisherman’s cottages (and correspondingly low ceilings), the house has a unique appeal and promises an unforgettable stay.
The Rheingau (hiking, biking, feasting, and relaxation) is also easily accessible by bike, train, or car.
The accommodation
From the unique, Mediterranean-style entryway, you can access the living room, the kitchen, and the guest restroom. A spiral staircase leads to the beautiful living-bedroom on the first floor. From the kitchen, you have a lovely view of the bird-of-paradise flowers, hibiscus, and bougainvillea. From the living and dining area on the first floor, you have an unobstructed view of Schierstein Harbor as well as the covered entryway. The bedroom on the first floor has a small balcony where you can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset. You can also enjoy these views from the beautiful terrace, which is accessible from the living room. From there, you have direct access to the harbor promenade.
Shopping options—including two bakeries, a butcher, a fruit and vegetable shop, and a Rossmann—are all within walking distance.
Guest Access
The entrance to this cozy fisherman’s cottage is located on the side street, Hafenstraße. After two steps, you’ll find yourself in another world—filled with Mediterranean plants and a homey atmosphere. The narrow path is paved with porphyry slabs and winds its way between the house wall and a natural stone wall.
