For about the cost of 3-4 night stay at the Naeba Prince Hotel you can rent this comfortable and reasonably priced two bedroom ski condo for a month. This condo is available under an ordinary written residential lease from 1-24 months. (minimum lease term 1 month maximum 24 months). Rent is collected monthly, daily rates do not apply. The daily rate provided is only to provide an estimate of the approximate monthly cost of a peak season residential lease. Occupant is responsible for all cleaning and maintenance.

Winter (December–March): ¥175,000/month
Spring & Fall (April–June, September–November): ¥75,000/month
Summer (July–August): ¥50,000/month

The unit has great amenities and is walking distance to the Naeba Prince Hotel Ski Resort and only a 10 minute bus ride to the Kagura Ski Resort - Tashiro Ropeway.

This condo is a short walk to Naeba Prince Hotel Ski Resort and all that resort has to offer. It is also a 10 minute drive or bus ride to the Kagura Ski Resort - Tashiro Ropeway. The condo building has its own hot spring and is also across the street from the Yukisasa Hot Spring. There is also very conveniently a bus stop and a ski\snowboard rental shop directly across the street. The local post office is just a few doors down the road and small convenience store is on the same block. Several restaurants and nightlife spots are within walking distance of the condo, and guests can also enjoy the restaurants and activities at Naeba Prince Hotel. The area around Echigo-Yuzawa Station, has many restaurants and bars, is about a 20-25 minute drive away.
