Modern, small holiday apartment in the idyllic sailing port of Orth on the 2nd floor with a wonderful view (balcony) of the marina. The apartment is fully equipped with tiles and laminate and is very comfortably and attractively furnished. It has a living-dining area with flat screen TV and leather furniture (extendable for 2 people). The kitchen is fully equipped with fitted kitchen, crockery, glasses, cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer. Fresh rolls for breakfast are available daily in the "Café am Hafen". A duplex underground parking space belongs to the apartment, with storage space for bicycles and surfboards. In the basement of the house there is a coin-operated washing machine and coin-operated dryer. In the resort there are restaurants, cafés, snack bars, beer pub, bike rental and small shops, kite and surfing school including shops and a fishing cutter. Swimming and kite/surfing opportunities in the unique area are given. The Flügge and Püttsee bathing beaches can be reached quickly by bike or car. Spend your vacation on the third largest island in Germany, between the Bays of Kiel and Mecklenburg in the Baltic Sea. The port of Orth is located in the southwest of the island. Fehmarn's 20 beaches measure more than 78 km in length - ideal for relaxing in one of the sunniest regions in Germany. You can reach the island from the mainland via the Fehmarn Sound Bridge. The varied coastline really offers something for everyone: dunes and lakes in the north, steep and cliff coasts in the east, sandy beaches in the south and breathtaking sunsets in the west. In the hinterland you will find charming landscape and nature reserves that are to be explored.
