Family-run apartment building with four comfortably furnished apartments in a sunny location just 1.5 km from the Achterwasser lagoon in the Neuendorf district of Lütow. Each apartment has Wi-Fi. From May to September, a sailboat can be rented on-site (for a fee).

On the south coast of Gnitz, there is a nature reserve, perfect for short hikes, which you can end with a refreshing beer in the cozy beer garden. You'll be staying close to the Achterwasser lagoon. The sandy beach in Zinnowitz is also easily accessible, where you can cool off in the Baltic Sea on hot summer days.

Activities nearby: Hiking and cycling tours through the beautiful countryside of Usedom. A lovely day trip by bike is, for example, the circular route Gnitz Peninsula - Zinnowitz - Trassenheide - Wolgast - Krummin - Gnitz Peninsula, which is approximately 55 kilometers long.
