A comfortable XXL holiday home located in the countryside, in a quiet place, surrounded by meadows and forests, in the midst of a beautiful natural landscape with numerous lakes. The nearest lake, where you can swim, fish from a pier or by boat, is 1.8 km away. The 2-story stone house has a spacious living room with a fireplace, a large table and TV on the ground floor. From here there is access to a covered terrace with a set of garden furniture. There is barbecue facilities. On the ground floor there is also a spacious kitchen with great equipment and a toilet. On the first floor there are 5 separate bedrooms (including 1 with a balcony) and 4 bathrooms (each with a shower and toilet). There is a washing machine. The house is heated mainly by an efficient fireplace (wood included in the price of the stay), but it is also possible to rent electric heaters (for an additional fee). Wireless internet is available. There is a parking lot and a playground for children on the fenced property. The owner of the facility lives next door and provides guests (for a fee) with a tennis court, table tennis table, table football, bicycles and a fishing pond stocked with fish. Lake Wierzchowo is 1.8 km away. You can swim there (very clean water) and fish. The owner has a private area on the shore (3.5 km from the house), where guests can use a private beach, a pier and a covered gazebo. You can get there by car, bike or take a nice walk. The owner provides guests with a rowing boat (free of charge, but reservation required). The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, firewood, final cleaning, internet, parking, baby cot and high chair (registration required). The holiday house is surrounded by numerous lakes, forests and meadows. Anglers, water sports enthusiasts, hikers and cyclists have a holiday paradise here. From here you can go to the seaside (approx. 60 km).
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Dogs must be kept on a leash. Landlord lives on the same property. Rowing boat, bicycles, table tennis, football and tennis for shared use with neighboring property PWP10038 (subject to availability).
