The house features four comfortable bedrooms with double beds, all stylishly furnished and equipped with high-quality Gervasoni beds. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, and two more are in the attic.

Three elegant bround out the high-quality living environment. A spacious bathroom is located on the first floor. On the first floor, there are two additional bathrooms, each with a shower.

The spacious living area forms the heart of the home and captivates with its stylish ambiance. A gas fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere and invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings. A high-quality 65-inch OLED TV is available for entertainment.
The open layout provides plenty of space for spending time together with family or friends. Large windows let plenty of natural light into the living area and offer a beautiful view of the greenery. From here, you have direct access to the patio and the spacious garden.
