Bright and spacious 70 m³ ground floor apartment with magnificent lake and mountain views

We warmly welcome you to our modern, well-equipped, and bright Geigenberg vacation apartment in Sipplingen. The 70 m³ apartment offers plenty of space for 2 people and features a separate entrance. Even while enjoying breakfast, you can take in the stunning natural scenery and the beautiful Lake Constance. Enjoy a glass of wine on the 30 m³ terrace with a magnificent view of the lake, and depending on the weather, the Alpine panorama will also reveal itself at its most beautiful. <br>Our vacation rental is located on the outskirts of Sipplingen, with forests and meadows just a stone’s throw away.<br>From here, you can set out on the most beautiful hikes, such as those along the Premium Hiking Trail. You’ll be rewarded with the most magnificent views. Along the way, you’ll be deeply impressed and moved by this stunning natural beauty. “Pack your swimsuit”—after about a 10-minute walk, swimmers will also find plenty to enjoy. You can feel the lake right at your fingertips and find a nice spot to relax at the Sipplingen natural swimming beach.<br><br>When you enter the apartment via a few steps to the first floor, you’ll step directly into the small hallway.<br>In the bedroom, you’ll find your double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), which is, of course, freshly made. Towels are also provided for you. The bathroom with toilet has been newly renovated and features a walk-in shower; a hair dryer is provided.<br>The bedroom has a large closet, 2 nightstands, 2 bedside lamps, and <br>2 alarm clocks.<br>For guests who’d like to watch TV separately, there’s a TV mounted on the wall in both the living room and the bedroom.<br>We’ll let the mosquitoes buzz outside :) To that end, fly screens are installed on the windows and the patio door in the bedroom, living room, and kitchen<br>.<br>The large roller shades in the living room are motorized; all others can be opened and closed manually using the straps.<br>The apartment is non-smoking; smoking is permitted outside on the patio.<br>The sofa in the living room pulls out, providing an additional sleeping area. If 1–2 children would like to join you, we have a crib and an additional travel crib available.
