Surrounding the pool are loungers for sunbathing, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a beach visit, and a grassy area where children can play. A few steps lead up to a porch with a barbecue area, offering a delightful spot to enjoy meals while taking in distant sea views. The property is fenced, and there are nearby neighbors.









The single-story home features a cozy design with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas are equipped with air conditioning, a satellite TV, a fireplace, and a ceramic hob. You'll also find a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for your convenience. The house includes three bedrooms, each with air conditioning and two twin beds. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while another separate bathroom with a shower is also available. A cot and high chair can be provided if you're traveling with a baby.

This wonderful house is located on the outskirts of Portocristo, just 300 meters from Cala Anguila, a small beach with fine sand, turquoise blue waters, and exceptional beauty. But you can visit other nearby and equally beautiful coves such as Cala Mandia or Cala Romántica. You'll find all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants in Porto Cristo, where you can also visit the ancient Cave del Drach.

Check-in is available from 16:00, and check-out must be completed by 10:00.The air conditioning/heating system operates with coins.The energy is supplied by solar panels.Pets are not permitted.Events are strictly prohibited.Exterior parking is available for 1 car.Damage Deposit: Refundable per accommodation after a property inspection upon departure.Please note that young groups and parties are not permitted.There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay
