House Joan - Three Bedroom Chalet, Sleeps 6

Located in Can Picafort, just a few steps from the sea, this charming three-story house provides an idyllic getaway for up to six people.

Outside, the three terraces invite you to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean weather. From the main terrace, you can delight in outdoor dining, sunbathing, or simply resting with a drink after a day at the beach. With nearby neighbors, the property offers a cozy experience while still maintaining a connection with the local environment.

Inside, the charm continues with a bright living room equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV. The dining area, integrated with the living room, creates a cozy atmosphere for sharing meals. The kitchen, with an induction hob, and the separate laundry room ensure a comfortable stay. The three bedrooms, all on the first floor and with air conditioning, offer spacious closets. The first one has a double bed, while the other two have two single beds each. There is a bathroom on each floor, both with showers and on the top level, you will find a toilet next to a terrace with stunning views. If you're traveling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.

Can Picafort offer an ideal setting for strolling along its wide promenade or its fine sand? In the evenings, when the sea breeze calms down, you can enjoy a refreshing drink at a beachfront chiringuito. Although it buzzes with life in summer, it retains its peaceful charm. To explore livelier beaches, coves, shops, and restaurants, you can head to Port d'Alcudia or even to the capital, Palma. Diversity of experiences is guaranteed!

- Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
