Next to it, you can sunbathe on the sun loungers, stroll among the fruit trees or enjoy a delicious barbecue under the porch. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.

The 2-storey property has a bright and simple style. The living room is air-conditioned and has a TV with satellite channels. The kitchen diner is equipped with gas hob and table for 6. The first floor is completed by a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and an outside toilet. On the first floor there is a bathroom with shower and 3 more bedrooms, all with double beds. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

The property is very close to the town of Manacor, where you will find all the necessary services for a perfect stay. The nearest beach is Cala Romantica, a beautiful and picturesque white sandy beach surrounded by cliffs and crystal clear waters. With its quiet and romantic setting, it is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the sun and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the island. If you wish to practice your favourite sport, the nearest golf course is Vall d'Or, 20 km from the property.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid in cash on-site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
