Welcome to this wonderful apartment located in Cala d'Or, where 4 people will find their second home.

The property's fantastic exteriors are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The shared chlorine pool, which has dimensions of 9.5 x 4.5 m and a depth range between 0.65 and 2.1 m, will undoubtedly be the star of the common areas. All around you will find sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a furnished area and a barbecue where you can prepare delicious recipes. Your accommodation also has a private terrace that will be perfect to start your day with a good breakfast or to enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions at sunset. Please note that the apartment is located in a block of apartments, so there are direct neighbors.

Located on the ground floor of a building, the cozy interior of the apartment is tastefully decorated and designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The spacious living room, equipped with AC and Smart TV with satellite channels, is open to the kitchen, which has ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably.

In the living room you will find a sofa bed ideal for two people. The double bed is located in an elevated area, which is accessed by a wooden staircase. In the house there is washing machine, iron and ironing board. A separate bathroom with shower complete the house. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a crib and a highchair.

This accommodation is located in Cala d'Or, a seaside village known for its relaxed and family atmosphere and for its beautiful coves and beaches, each with its own charm, including Cala Petita, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena. All of them, with fine golden sand, offer an idyllic setting for relaxing, sunbathing and enjoying the sea. In addition to its beaches, Cala d'Or has a picturesque port where there is a wide variety of stores and restaurants where you can enjoy discovering the local gastronomy. Finally, we encourage you to visit the beautiful historic center of Cala d'Or, full of cobbled streets, traditional houses and a beautiful church.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Please note that the barbecue facilities are for shared use and must be cleaned after use.
- The swimming pool is open from May to October, from 10:00 to 21:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay
- Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
- Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice. Updated information will be available upon your arrival.
