The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the southern climate. In the beautiful common areas of the urbanization you will discover wonderful corners to stroll through and, of course, enjoy a fantastic shared chlorine pool, with a size of 27 x 14 m and a depth range of 0.3 to 1.9 m. In addition, the facilities include paddle tennis courts, a large golf course and, for the little ones, a playground where they are sure to have a great time. Once at the property, the private balcony will become the ideal space to start the day while having a good breakfast and contemplating the beautiful views of the surroundings, or to enjoy unforgettable meals or fun moments while having a drink at the end of the day with your companions. Please note that, being located in a block of apartments, there are direct neighbours.










The interior of the apartment, located in a building with elevator and decorated in a modern and cosy style, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living room, equipped with AC with heat pump and Smart TV, will undoubtedly become the perfect space to extend your evenings. The kitchen is independent and has ceramic hob, plus all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest, you have two bedrooms, both with AC with heat pump. The first has a double bed, access to the balcony and en suite bathroom with bathtub, while in the second there are two single beds together. A bathroom with shower completes the property. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a crib and high chair.

This fantastic apartment is located in an exclusive urbanization very close to Mijas, a town known for its natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere. Here you can enjoy a wide variety of activities, from walks through beautiful natural parks that offer beautiful scenery and hiking trails to visit stores, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy discovering the delicious local cuisine. A little more than 6 kilometres away you will find the Butibamba beach, a golden sandy beach with crystal clear waters perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, enjoying the sea and, if you wish, practising water sports such as paddle surfing, kayaking and water-skiing.

-There are two swimming pools, one is open all year round, while the other is open from 15 June to 15 September.
-The paddle tennis courts are open from 8:00 to 22:00. To make use of them, it is necessary to reserve them at reception.
-Pets are not allowed.
-The holding of events is forbidden.
-There are parking space for 1 car in the garage.
-Check in time is from 16:00 and check out time is until 10:00.
-Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
