Beautiful house by the sea located in Marina Manresa, Alcudia, with capacity for 8 guests.

Located very close to the sea, this spacious house is ideal for those looking for a coastal getaway with all the comforts. The house's exteriors are ready to enjoy relaxing evenings outdoors thanks to the porch furnished with armchairs and a sofa. There is also a barbecue ready to be used to prepare delicious meals for outdoor dining. There is also an outdoor shower, perfect for the return from a day spent on the nearby beaches.

The house features a rustic interior spread across two floors.The ground floor includes a spacious double-height living-dining room with a sofa, four armchairs, and a Smart TV for movie nights.The dining area is perfect for meals prepared in the fully equipped vitro-ceramic kitchen, stocked with all necessary utensils.The ground floor also has a bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe, air conditioning, and a full bathroom with a bathtub.The first floor contains three more bedrooms: two with two single beds each, and one with a double bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning.A full bathroom with a bathtub serves the first floor.The house includes a washing machine, and a cot and high chair are available for guests traveling with babies.

Marina Manresa offers a privileged location since, only 500 meters away, you will find the beach of Es Morer Vermell, a perfect beach for swimming and sunbathing in the Mediterranean sun.
