Overall the place was nice and well done. The master shower was amazing and the water is very hot. Would recommend making sure water isn't hot enough to burn any children. The pirate ship bed and play area was a hit with our kids. The one recommendation we had, would be to fill the open areas in the bottom bed. Our son rolled in his sleep, and wedged himself between the bed frame and mattress. The washing machine, on spin cycle, shook and made a large banging noise. We had to wash clothes without the spin cycle, and it took much longer to dry the clothes. The biggest issue we had, was the tv room flooded multiple days, when there was heavy rain which was uncommon for Phoenix. The room's floor was almost covered with water and made it unable to be used, that room included the only TV in the house. We had to continue to wash/dry the towels to keep up with the water on the floor. The issues were reported, and we did receive a fast reply. The maintenance man was sent multiple times while we were there. So the owner, did try to fix the issues. However, it was an inconvenient to have to keep up with all of the issues, while we were there. Overall would recommend for families.
