Res. Seestern WE 12: light-flooded 3-room PENTHOUSE close to the beach

This beautiful, light-filled 3-room penthouse apartment (approx. 80 m²) on the 2nd and 3rd floors (top floor) offers a breathtaking panoramic view over the rooftops of Kühlungsborn as well as a direct view of the sea. The apartment is highly functional and fully furnished. All floors in the apartment are tiled.

The vacation rental can accommodate a total of 6 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The very spacious and bright living/dining room (on the top floor) features a separate seating area with a comfortable (sleeper) couch, 2 armchairs, a footstool, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with 6 chairs; a china cabinet; and a sideboard. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows and patio doors in this room, you have direct access to the magnificent, approximately 33 m² sunny rooftop terrace (facing south, west, and north) furnished with patio furniture. Here you can sit back and relax high above the rooftops and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the vacation apartment features a modern flat-screen TV, a stereo system with radio and CD player, and a selection of books. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open-concept kitchen (on the top floor) features a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and inviting first bedroom (on the top floor) is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2x90x200), nightstands, and a spacious closet, and offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the surrounding landscape through the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. From here, you also have direct access to the large rooftop terrace.

The separate and cozy second bedroom (on the 2nd floor) also features a comfortable double bed (2x80x200), nightstands, and a spacious built-in closet.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a fifth or sixth person.

The Mediterranean-style first bathroom (with natural light / window) on the top floor features a walk-in shower with a floor-level entry (senior-friendly!), a sink and toilet, a towel radiator, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and ample storage space.

The second bathroom (with natural light / window) on the second floor is accessible “en suite” through the second bedroom. It also features a walk-in shower with a floor-level entry, a sink and toilet, a heated towel rack, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and ample storage space.

In addition, the apartment has a storage room for suitcases and luggage in the entryway (2nd floor).

You can hang your jackets on the coat rack (with a mirror) in the apartment’s entryway.

On the first floor of the apartment complex, there is a lovely coin-operated sauna facility with a relaxation room available for your use.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and may be used by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment, located right next to the residential complex. You can store your bicycles in a separate bicycle storage room in the complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your apartment complex.

The elevator provides convenient access to all floors of the building.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is also not permitted inside the apartment; please use the rooftop terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
