The detached villa is modern and functionally furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Risika. The villa is situated on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking in a carport.

Air conditioning. There is no heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception is via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, 3 m x 7 m, 1.5 m deep).
