The apartment, typically held in wood, is equipped with comfortable seating options and boasts a delightful south-facing balcony. For those who prefer cooking at home rather than dining out at one of the nearby restaurants, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and dishwasher provides an appealing option to stay in.

For families with children or beginners, the Zillertal Arena is an extremely suitable ski area with many wide blue slopes where you can practice calmly and relaxed. But even advanced skiers will find plenty of slopes in this area. If you have never skied before or haven't been on skis for a long time, we recommend the Hochkrimml ski school.

In summer, Hochkrimml is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain, and mountain bike tours. Those who appreciate the tranquil surroundings are absolutely right in Hochkrimml during the summer season. The Durlaßboden reservoir, the Crystal Bath in Wald/Königsleiten, or the WaterWondersWorld in Krimml offer a nice change of pace.
