From the swimming pool to the holiday home.

Welcome to this exclusive holiday home. The house is ideal for up to 8 people. The house impresses with its loft-like structure. Nevertheless, it offers you separate bedrooms.

The bathing establishment is ideal for business travelers, families and friends.

We offer you up to 7 parking spaces directly at the property.
The house is located in the suburbs of Nuremberg. The S-Bahn takes you to the center of Nuremberg in 25 minutes.
There are several restaurants, bakeries, butchers and cafes on site.
Another highlight in the immediate vicinity is the free natural outdoor swimming pool Postbauer-Heng. You can get there within 5 minutes on foot.

The connections to public transport and to Nuremberg or Regensburg main train stations are good. The trade fair in Nuremberg can be reached by car in around 20 minutes.

The region's many hiking and cycling trails are suitable for leisure activities, including: B. the Franconian Lake District, 12 km away, can be reached.

Where the local children used to learn to swim, you can now end the evening with a glass of wine. The former swimming pool serves as a cozy living area with a spacious couch. The bathing establishment was converted from a disused swimming pool into a stylish holiday home with great attention to detail. In the immediate vicinity of the bathing establishment there is a sports field and a fenced soccer field with artificial turf.

We are the Kugler family and have always lived in this beautiful area. We run three holiday homes, are open-minded and look forward to meeting new people from different regions of the world. We look forward to welcoming guests from all over the world.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön! Eine wunderbare Idee, das alte Schwimmbad auf diese Weise weiterleben zu lassen. Liebevoll und farblich absolut ansprechend eingerichtet. Die ganze Klasse hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.Wir werden diese Unterkunft auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen.

Super Aufenthalt in der Badeanstalt

Und hat es sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere die liebevolle Einrichtung der ehemaligen Badeanstalt. Darüber hinaus war es sauber, es gab eine gute Ausstattung und wir fanden es sehr gemütlich.

Sehr gut: unkomplizierter Check-In, toll umgebaute Location, alles vorganden was man braucht. Im Ort auch alles schnell erreichbar: Metzger, bäcker, Supermarkt, Spielplatz, Bolzplatz, Wanderwege. Top!

Interessante Location

Es handelt sich bei der Wohnung tatsächlich um eine ehemalige Badeanstalt, die die Besitzer absichtlich kaum verändert haben. Es gibt eine Küche, die diese Bezeichnung verdient. Zwei Türen führen zu den ehemaligen Umkleidebereichen, in denen sich jeweils ein sehr bequemes Doppelbett befindet, in einem sogar noch ein Doppelstockbett. Es gibt zwei sehr großzügig dimensionierte Duschen und zwei Toiletten. Ein weiteres Doppelstockbett, in dem pro Ebene je zwei Personen Platz finden können steht im großen Hauptraum, in dem sich auch ein großer Esstisch befindet, an dem 10 Menschen Platz finden. Im ehemaligen Schwimmbecken ist ein Ecksofe vor dem großen TV-Gerät.Zwei kleine Mängel will ich nicht verschweigen: der Kühlschrank ist sehr laut und es fehlt für meinen Geschmack ein Sitzmöbel, bei dem man den Kopf anlehnen kann. Insgesamt aber kann ich das Objekt nur empfehlen, wenn man den Preis nicht scheut. Bei voller Belegung mit 10 Personen ist es nicht zu teuer.

Wiederholungstäter aus Überzeugung ;)

Wir waren erneut in der Badeanstalt und haben das tolle Ambiente und die Möglichkeiten vor Ort wieder total genossen. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und helfen adhoc weiter, wenn man Fragen hat. Einfach eine super Base, um von hier aus (auch total einfach mit den Öffis) Nürnberg und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Absolute Empfehlung!

Auszeit nach Messeaufbau

Wir haben das Loft und die Umgebung nach den anstrengenden Messeaufbautagen in Nürnberg sehr genossen. Alles da was man braucht - außer vielleicht eine Waschmaschine - genug Platz für alle, sehr gut angeschlossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Arbeiten mit Wohfühleffekt

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gut gelegen und nicht weit weg von Nürnberg und Neumark i.O. Über die Umgebung usw. kann ich nicht viel sagen da wir zum Arbeiten da waren. Kann die Unterkunft auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen. Beste Grüße und vielen Dank an die Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
