Private: garden (not fenced), swimming pool (depth 5 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 1.3 km long motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1 km. Walking paths from the house 500 m. Nearby attractions: Cinigiano 10 km, Campagnatico 20 km, Montalcino / Val d´Orcia 29 km, Grosseto 30 km, Castiglione della Pescaia 50 km, Monastero di Siloe 4 km.
