March Break Treat

My family had and excellent stay. Really enjoyed the location. Far enough away to unplug but close enough to go for adventures and supplies. Location is right off a lake. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely spot

We loved our stay at this cabin! The hot tub was great, and it's on a beautiful spot on the water. Make sure to bring extra firewood if you plan on having a fire - there's a nice wood stove indoors, and a lovely firepit and seating area outside.

The property was smaller than in the pictures but it all worked out. We were watching the Worldcup and lost the internet connection for a couple of hours. The owner was very kind and helpful on the phone and helped us solve the problem.

While we tried our best to enjoy our stay, there were simply too many issues including the communication with the host. To begin, we arrived to a driveway completely littered with trash, multiple bins overflowing and obviously torn apart by animals. We arrived shortly after the cleaning staff left (the floors were still damp from the mop) so the cleaning team did nothing about this. Inside was relatively clean, but not to the standard I would expect from the price. There were large amounts of dust under the beds, stains on the towels and mold in the shower grout. There was vomit on the deck outside and the hot tub had not been cleaned, despite the host repeatedly telling us it was. All of the cleaning products for the spa were empty and no chlorine tablets were available. Because of this, we were unable to use the hot tub during our 4-night stay. In addition, many things were broken including two chairs in the living room, the telephone shower head, the bathroom fan, multiple lights, the sofa, one of the bedroom doors, and the oven, which barely heated.We enjoyed the fire pit and took advantage of the lake as much as possible.Unfortunately, the host was defensive in our communication and failed to correct any of the issues during our stay. We only asked that the garbage be dealt with and the spa cleaned. In the end, the host said I would be compensated for not providing access to the spa, but I have not heard back since. I cannot recommend this cottage to anyone.

Belle attention comme les peignoirs le spa le coin feu et toute l’environnement. Toutefois il manque quelque commodité comme des tablettes dans la salle de bain des bureaux pour déposer nos valises. Il y aurait un peut de maintenance à faire dans la cuisine. Somme toute c’est une très belle endroit calmement et apaisant

Hôtesse accommodante & très rapide dans les délais de retours. Magnifique cours d’eau. Vue incroyable.Voisinage paisible et très calme. Séjour très relaxant.
