The 90 m² basement apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms—one with a French bed and sofa bed, the other with a double bed—and 1 bathroom. The apartment accommodates 7–8 guests. It is in an annex and has its own entrance to your basement unit. Amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. A shared terrace in front of the house is also available.

This holiday home features a shared open terrace in front of the house, perfect for relaxing evenings. Public transport is just a 2-minute walk away and can be used free of charge with the Echt-Bodensee Card.



Important information for group bookings or large families: The apartments "Apartment in der Stube" on the ground floor, "Apartment Auszeit" on the first floor, and "Suite Heustadel" on the second floor are connected by internal stairs and can be combined. You can book the entire half of the house or, for example, "Apartment Auszeit" with "Suite Heustadel."



There are 13 parking spaces for the house. Up to three dogs are allowed (for an extra fee). Smoking and parties are not permitted. The entrance door is under video surveillance.

The kitchen is shared.
