Summary:
This accommodation is in a great location, less than 3 minutes from Hildesheim's pedestrian zone, a 3-minute walk from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the beautiful Michaeliskirche and the best restaurants in town are just around the corner.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortably furnished with a winter garden, inviting you to linger. You will find everything you need on site, a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, shower gel, towels and full kitchen equipment.

The Space:
The entire accommodation is furnished in a modern style and you can immediately feel at home.

When you enter the apartment, you come into a spacious hallway with enough space to arrive and from which all the rooms in the apartment can be reached via doors.

The dining and living area is ideally equipped for up to 6 people. A large dining table with six chairs invites you to eat together or to play board games together in the evening.

The living area with its armchairs and couch invites you to linger in front of the TV (with Netflix) or with a glass of wine. Here you can spend cozy evenings chatting until late in the evening. If there are more than four guests, the sofa bed will be prepared as a place to sleep before you arrive - but you can of course set it up flexibly according to your needs.

The two separate bedrooms are each equipped with two single beds pushed together and there is enough space to retreat in between. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the spacious balcony.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. A Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, all cooking utensils and also the usual consumables such as salt, pepper, oil and so on. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove and an oven, and you will also find a washer-dryer here, which also offers the possibility of freshening up clothes if necessary. In the kitchen you will also find a bar table with four chairs where you can relax and help with cooking or work on a laptop or something similar. From the kitchen there is a doorless passage to the winter garden.

The winter garden invites you to linger. You can read a good book here or if you want or need to retreat in between, this is the ideal place to relax or concentrate a little.

The balcony is sparsely equipped in winter to create a place for smoking. From spring to autumn you will find a living area on the spacious balcony where you can also enjoy cozy hours in the direction of the quiet inner courtyard.

The accommodation at Kardinal-Bertram-Straße 14 is located in a quiet and well-kept residential area of ​​Hildesheim, just a few minutes from the city center. Here you benefit from an ideal combination of urban proximity, good infrastructure and relaxing peace.

Historical flair & sights
Hildesheim is a city with a rich history and impressive architecture. In just a few minutes you can reach the UNESCO World Heritage sites, including the famous St. Mary's Assumption Cathedral with the legendary 1000-year-old rose bush and the impressive St. Michaelis Church, a masterpiece of Ottonian architecture. The historic market square with the magnificent half-timbered ensemble and the butcher's office building is also ideal for strolling.

Shopping & culinary delights
In the immediate vicinity you will find various supermarkets, bakeries and drugstores for your daily needs. Hildesheim city center is just a few minutes away and offers a wide selection of boutiques, shopping centers and specialty shops.

Hildesheim has a large selection of restaurants and cafés for gourmets. From upscale restaurants to cozy beer gardens to international specialties - there is something for every taste. The Gildehaus restaurant for regional specialties and the Café Liebe for homemade cakes are particularly popular.

Leisure & recreation
For nature lovers, a visit to the Magdalenengarten, a historic baroque garden, or the extensive recreation area at Hohnsensee is a good option. Here you can take relaxing walks or enjoy nature by the water. The Steinbergpark with its forest paths is ideal for jogging, walking or picnicking.

Transport connections
The accommodation is ideally connected to the transport network. The A7 motorway is just a few minutes away and provides quick connections to Hanover or Göttingen.

Guest Access:
The apartment is reserved exclusively for you as guests and no one else will use the rooms during your stay. A small storage room is locked for our cleaning staff.

The Neighborhood:
You can expect a very pleasant neighborhood that is friendly and accommodating.

There are a lot of people around, as this apartment is located in the city center and the UNESCO World Heritage churches are within easy reach. The terrace and winter garden are located towards the inner courtyard and are very quiet. The inner courtyard is also dotted with chic terraces and friendly neighbors.

Getting Around:
Within walking distance, in less than 3 minutes, you can reach bakeries, numerous cafes, breakfast places and restaurants - a drugstore and shops are also within walking distance.

There are plenty of parking spaces, but most of them are subject to a fee. There are also two large parking garages around the corner that can be easily reached on foot.

Other Things to Note:
The apartment is extremely well located and the immediate neighbors are very friendly.

The balcony is fully furnished from April to October, from November to March only a few chairs are available.
