The vacation home is approximately 80 m² and is equipped to accommodate 4 people. An additional high chair, as well as a travel crib, are available free of charge



All windows are equipped with exterior roller shades and interior pleated blinds, and the bedroomsare equipped with fly screens.



The living room is located on the first floor and features a sofa area, flat-screen TV, and access to the southwest-facing terrace with patio furniture.



Adjacent to this is the fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, a ceramic cooktop with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more.



The dining area seats 4 people and is located between the kitchen and the living room.

There is also a guest restroom on the first floor.



There are two bedrooms on the upper floor.

One bedroom features a box spring bed with a full-length mattress, and the second bedroom has two single beds and another flat-screen TV.



There you will also find the bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a washing machine.

Of course, the vacation home includes a free parking space.



It’s about a 2-minute walk to the Baltic Sea, to the city center with its various shops in about 5 minutes, and to the Salzhaff with its promenade, small shops, and restaurants in about 10 minutes.

The semi-detached house is furnished to a very high standard and is very comfortable.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 2:00 to 10:00.
