It was newly built in 2018 on a plot of approximately 870 square meters and is located in the new Rerik Vacation Park, which consists of about 40 high-quality vacation homes and is nestled within a nature reserve, surrounded by meadows, fields, and forests. The Baltic Sea beach is about a 9-minute walk away. The vacation home offers 2 separate apartments with 2 entrances. Here, the bright, approximately 100-square-meter MeerRaum 2 apartment is located on the ground and upper floors and features 3 bedrooms, a spa-style bathroom with a walk-in shower, a light-filled, spacious living-dining area with an open-concept kitchen and floor-to-ceiling windows, a dining table, a cozy couch area, and a TV; two terraces facing east and south; two sofa areas with TVs (on the first floor and upper floor); an utility room with a washing machine; a large garden; and a parking space. It is furnished in a modern Baltic Sea style with a family-friendly atmosphere and offers everything 7 people need to enjoy a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The smaller apartment, MeerRaum 1, with approximately 52 square meters and 2 bedrooms on the first floor, can also be booked separately (Property No. 568/1) or together for large families or groups of friends. You can purchase a linens package for 20? per person. You are also welcome to bring your own towels and bed linens. Please transfer the security deposit of 150.00? along with the remaining balance, any laundry packages you may have requested, and the visitor’s tax. Bookings with pets are welcome during the off-season upon request. The final cleaning fee is an additional 25.00 ?.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 2:00 to 10:00.
