At the finca, you’ll feel far away from it all, yet you’re still just 15 minutes from Águilas, where many beaches, restaurants, and shopping options await you.
The “Linde” house is situated on a hill with a stunning panoramic view of a massive pine tree in front of the pool area (the pool is currently being renovated).
With a living area of approximately 60 m², the property features two bedrooms, a living room with a TV, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, a washing machine, a sunroom, a terrace with a charcoal grill, and a carport for three vehicles.
Everything is fully equipped.
Electricity is generated by solar power, and the water comes from a cistern.
The road to the property is NOT paved but is in good condition and poses no problem even for small cars.

Electrical appliances that consume a lot of electricity are therefore highly undesirable. For this reason, we do not provide hair dryers, coffee makers, microwaves, or air conditioners.
