For the price it is acceptable and very convenient for being near downtown and highways.The neighborhood is not the greatest as far as some properties that need to be demolished, however this house sits around a total of 4 houses out of 8 total lots. The half a block the property is at is not immediately next door to a terrible property.The house could use a better sweep and vacuum before continuing to rent.There was no hand soap in bathroom or kitchen, just dawn, which was used in place. There is shampoo, wash, conditioner in shower.No kitchen lightbulb and the entire refrigerator needs to be replaced.If the lightbulb, the fridge and just a 2 bottle of soap was available, I would have been much happier.Once again do not expect to need a freezer or refrigerator.
