On the narrow headland between the Schlei and the harbour in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz lies the Traumblick holiday home with a large sun terrace on the roof, which offers a fantastic view of the Schlei, the mouth of the Schlei and the harbour of the Baltic Sea resort.
The holiday home Traumblick is furnished to a very high standard and stylish in a modern style. It offers everything you need for an all-round successful holiday by the sea. The open-plan living/dining area on the ground floor with floor-to-ceiling windows, seating area and dining table is the centre of the house. Here you can spend cosy moments in front of the wood-burning stove and enjoy meals together, which can be prepared in the adjoining fully equipped kitchen.
Two bedrooms on the upper floor offer space for up to 4 adults to sleep and dream with a view of the water.
In the modern main bathroom there is a whirlpool bath and a Finnish sauna with a view of the Schleimünde lighthouse for your personal wellness programme.
The highlight is the 25 m² roof terrace, which offers an all-round water view of the Schlei, its estuary into the Baltic Sea and the resort's harbour. Here you can enjoy the sun to the full.
For added convenience, there is a guest WC on the ground floor.
Two car parking spaces are available directly in front of the house as well as an electric car charging station. We would like to point out that there are additional costs for use!
Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction. Due to the houses under construction, the outdoor area and the building density can change constantly and deviate from the photos shown. The rental price is already calculated on the basis of this construction situation, further discounts are excluded.
The costs for the e-charging station are not included in the price and will be charged on site according to consumption.
