Nice home in Olpenitz with sauna

If you are addicted to the sea, then this holiday home is the right choice, because more water is not possible. Situated on a narrow headland between the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the sailing and sports boat harbour, this holiday property offers a fantastic view of both bodies of water. Situated directly on the banks of the Schlei, with three terraces, a private wellness area and large roof terrace, this property promises an unforgettable holiday.



The light-flooded living and dining area is located on the ground floor and impresses with floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views of the Schlei. From here you have direct access to the terrace bordering the nature reserve. The south-west-facing terrace is perfect for a barbecue evening and offers marvellous sunsets.



The fully equipped kitchen invites you to conjure up culinary creations. Special highlight: the fridge has a capacity of 120 litres.



The whole house is equipped with underfloor heating. Finnish sauna, whirlpool bath and wood-burning stove promise comfort at any time of year. In addition, UHD TV with home entertainment programme, Blu-Ray player and sound system with Bluetooth provide entertainment.



The relaxation area of the holiday home is located on the first floor. Guests can fall asleep and wake up with a view of the water in two bedrooms. The master bedroom faces the Schlei and is furnished with a double bed. While enjoying a morning coffee on the adjoining terrace, you can watch ducks, geese and oystercatchers wake up, while the reeds from the banks of the Schlei sway gently in the wind. A special highlight in this room: the walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom offers a view of the marina and has two single beds that can be flexibly pushed together as well as an additional flatscreen TV.



An additional sleeping area is available on the comfortable sofa bed in the living area of the house.



The bathroom with a view of the Schlei is located on the first floor. A Finnish sauna with a view of the water and a whirlpool bath will make your heart beat faster.



A further shower room on the ground floor provides additional comfort. The entire property is fitted with fly screen doors.



The highlight of this holiday home is the roof terrace with all-round water views and a luxurious beach chair. With all-day sunshine, you can enjoy a slide show and harbour cinema here, with phenomenal views as far as the Baltic Sea guaranteed.

There are two parking spaces directly in front of the house as well as a private garden shed (for bicycles, prams, etc.).



The holiday home is one half of the house.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
