The open-plan living/dining area on the upper floor of the property boasts floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts. Water as far as the eye can see. From here you can access the directly adjoining wind-protected terrace, whether for breakfast together or a convivial barbecue evening, harbour cinema is guaranteed here. One level higher is the roof terrace with a 360° view of the Schlei, the harbour entrance and the marina, a special highlight. Here you can relax on a large sunny island.



The 3D TV with Telekom Home Entertainment programme and Play Station for entertainment, underfloor heating and sauna ensure cosy comfort on Nordic days with slippery weather.



The relaxation area of the Floating House is located on the ground floor. Still dreaming, the master bedroom offers new perspectives. Waking up to a spectacular water backdrop is truly a dream. And for early risers, the neighbouring terrace offers beautiful sunrises. Who doesn't start the day energised here? Another bedroom with a double bed offers space for two more people to sleep and dream.



The shower room and Finnish sauna in a bay window solution are also located on the water level on the ground floor and offer a view of the swans swimming past and the harbour cinema during the wellness programme.



A private car parking space is located directly on the jetty. And if you are travelling with your own boat, you can park it conveniently at the house.
